Perfect for meatball hoagies, pasta dishes, or just eating along with rice and sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Liquid Aminios
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parm
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients together, and roll them into medium size balls.

    Then you can pan sear them in a little bit of oil, and then let them finish cooking in sauce. Let them cook in the sauce for about 45 mins and then you can serve.

    Serve over pasta with sauce, or in a hoagie.
