Description

Easy, simple, and so good! Great for freezing or enjoying right away.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 pounds Ground Beef (Seasoned to your liking)
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper (Any Color)
  • 2 Small JalapeƱos (Seeded and deveined, unless you want the spice.)
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice (Of your choice)
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Beans (Of your coice)
  • 24 ounces Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (To taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Cheese (Of your choice for topping)
Instructions
  1. Instructions

    Brown your beef and season the way that you like and then drain your beef.

    Start with either a foil pan or a 13x9 pan, add your beef and all of the ingredients all together in the pan, along with the additional seasonings. Then mix well until fully combined.

    After combined, smooth out the top and add your cheese.

    Then bake at 350 F, for about 45 mins, until everything is heated through and the top is brown.

    Serve with bread, tortillas, naan, salsa, sour cream, or anything else that you love.
