Description

Love a good Philly cheese steak? Then you will like having this on hand in the freezer or making fresh for dinner!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Minute Steak (Thinly Sliced Steak)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (Any color)
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Small Jalapeños (Deveined and no seeds, unless you like the heat.)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & pepper (To taste)
  • 1-2 cup Mozzarella & CheddarCheese (For the inside and the top.)
  • 1 Tots, or potato puffs (Frozen bag)
Instructions
  1. Instructions

Start with placing the raw minute steak in a 13x9 pan, then add all of the other ingredients and seasonings to the pan and mix well.

Save the cheese and the tots for the next step. Once your mixture is combined then add a layer of cheese, and then the tots, and then another layer of cheese to your dish.

Then bake at 350F for about 30-45mins, until the top is brown and the steak is cooked through the way that you like it.

Don't forget that the steak is so thin that it doesn't take long to cook at all. You mostly just need to cook the veggies and brown the tots. :)

You can pair this with your favorite rolls, or serve in a bowl and eat it just like that with another side veg.

    Enjoy!
