These are so easy to make, and they are gluten free! With only 3 ingredients anyone can make these at home.
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with a mixer.
Use a cookie scoop, or two spoons to place the dough on a cookie sheet with sprayed parchment paper. Then take a fork and press down on the dough to make the marks.
Then bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden on the top and bottom.
Remove the sheet from the oven let stand for a few minutes then move to a plate or cooling rack.
