For those cold days this mild chili will warm you up and keep you feeling cozy! Perfect for dinner/lunch, meal prep, or freezer meals.
Brown the ground beef with the seasonings listed in a large stock pot with some oil. Once browned drain off the grease, and add the rest of the ingredients to the pot.
Once you have all of the ingredients in the pot let simmer for a few hours to let all of the flavors to come together.
Stirring occasionally throughout the day.
Serve with corn bread, crackers, or your favorite bread.
