Description

Always a family favorite, and extremely affordable. You can make this with sides for a full meal, or put this on your favorite bread for sandwiches. 

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Onion Soup Mix (Envelope)
  • Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
  • 1/4 cup Fried Onions
  • 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Liquid Amminos (Or Soy Sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce or Ketchup (For the top)
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Mix all ingredients together, and form in a sprayed meatloaf pan. Place the loaf pan on a sheet pan then bake for about 45 mins to 1 hour.

    Serve with your favorite sides, or make a meatloaf sandwich.
