Description

Have you been eating Keto or Gluten Free? Then here is a great recipe for you to try. Light and fluffy crab cakes, paired nicely with a spicy mayo sauce and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Fresh Crab
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Minced Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Mayo
  • 2 tablespoons Parm
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten Free FLour (King Aurther)
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
Instructions
  1. Crab Cakes

Start by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl, outside of the avocado oil.

Then shape the mixture into about 4-5 patties.

Heat up a skillet with your oil until very hot. Then place your patties in the oil away from yourself so the oil doesn’t splash on you.

Cook on each side for about 4 mins, you can place a lid over the pan after the first flip so that it can help to cook the inside of the cake a lot faster.

Once you have good color on both sides you are done, and can drain your crab cakes on a paper towel or rack.

You can also air fry your crab cakes, just make sure to turn them over in the middle of the cooking time. 400F for about 15 mins. Keep watching so that they don’t get too dark.

    Enjoy!
