Chicken & Steak Quesadilla, this is great for lunch, dinner, a party or a snack. Instead of paying around $20+ buying a quesadilla in a restaurant, this is easy, and affordable to make at home for yourself or loved ones.
Start out by sautéing your onion and bell pepper, add on half of your seasonings. Cook until fully softened, once this is complete remove to a separate bowl.
After everything is removed from your skillet, add in about 1-2 Tab of oil. Then place your tortilla in, then on one side place your pre cooked chicken, steak, or any protein for that matter, then add on the rest of your seasonings, then add on your cooked veggies, & cheese.
From there, once your tortilla has browned nicely, fold over your tortilla that doesn't have anything on it and smash it down a little bit. Place a lid over the skillet and cook on a mid-low until your cheese is melted, and you should have nice color on the bottom of your tortilla.
After that remove onto a plate, and cut with a pizza cutter. Enjoy with any sides you like, such as a salad, or beans.
