Description

Perfect for grilling or pan frying. Bring the gang together to have a little piece of summer fun anytime of the year!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Steak Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
Instructions
  1. Instructions

    Pre heat your grill, frying pan, or cast iron pan with 2 tea of oil in the pans.

    Then mix all your ingredients together and shape the mix into patties. Then place them on the grill or pan for cooking. 

    Let them cook on a mid low/mid high for about 5 mins each side.

    Once you get a good sear on the 1st side you can turn it over and place on the lid to let the inside cook through.

    After that place on a paper towel to drain for about 3 mins before enjoying!

    Pair with any of your favorite cheese, and toppings.
