  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 pounds Turkey Bacon
  • 4 cups Spinach (4 Handfulls)
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 cups Mild Chedder (Or cheese of your choice)

Instructions
  1. Instructions

Crack all of your eggs and scramble along with salt, pepper to taste, and your milk.

Then add in your cheese and veggies to the egg mixture. Spray your 13X9 pan with cooking spray and then pour in your egg mixture.

Then bake at 350F for about 40-45 mins, until the middle is firm.

Then place your bacon on a cookie sheet with a lip and bake at 350F for about 25 mins, or until brown. Then let cool for about 5 mins and cut the strips in half.

Once your quiche is done, let cook for about 15 mins. Then cut into 15 pieces. Then slice each one in half. If you do that you should have about 20-30 servings of eggs.

Next choose which bread product you would like, or a mixture of them all. Then put a paper towel down and the bread product on top, then add your bacon, egg, and sauce of your choice, add the top part of the bread product or roll up your wrap, then roll up your paper towel around the sandwich.

Store them in a gallon freezer bag, and pull them out 1 day before you would like to eat them. Then place it in the microwave for about 30-45 Seconds.

You can also heat them from frozen for about 1-1.5 mins.

    Enjoy!
