BBQ Chicken Calzone
Description
This calzone is so tasty for a weeknight dinner, and left overs are great for lunch warmed up in the toaster oven.
BBQ chicken, warm cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and the seasoning makes it a perfect combo. Pair with a side salad to complete the meal.

Pizza Dough: Start by combining your warm water, and yeast together so that it can start activating. Let this stand for about 2 mins, then add in all the other pizza dough ingredients mix well to combine.
After mixing your dough let is rest in a warm area to proof with a clean towel over the top.
Calzone Mix: If you don't have chicken already made go ahead and cook about 4 chicken legs, 2 thighs, or 2 breasts. Then toss in the BBQ sauce.
Spread out your dough, you may need to add some more flour to roll it out. Then start assembling all the rest of your ingredients to the calzone to one side of the dough. Then fold over the other side and crimp the edges and roll them onto them selves.
Then add the egg wash over the top to before baking to help get a golden crust.
Bake at 450F for about 30-45mins, or until golden brown.
