Description

Enjoy beef ribs in the slow cooker, this is a great weeknight meal when things are busy and you would like to have a great warm meal at the end of the busy day. This can be made into a sandwich or you can serve it with your favorite sides.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 pound Beef Spare Ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce (Also so more throughout the cook)
Instructions
  1. Instructions

Start off by rinsing your meat in water, and then place it in the crock pot/slow cooker.

Then add in all of your seasonings, and BBQ sauce.

Set the slow cooker on low for 8 hours. If you can check in on it periodically, you may need to add in some more BBQ sauce to make sure that your ribs don't dry out.

Once you are closer to the 8 hour mark, the bones should just pull out with ease, and your meat should be so tender that it wants to fall apart.

After the cook time is up, take the ribs out of the crock pot, and then separate the meat from the bones, and the fat. Then you can shred up the meat with 2 forks.

Lastly you should just have your meat left in a bowl, then I like to add some extra BBQ sauce to finish it off.  You can make these into sandwiches, or serve with some of your favorite sides.

*Just a note these do cook down a lot, so if you want more servings just double or triple the recipe.*

    Enjoy!
